As mentioned, I took a day off and the third volume is almost finished. There are about twenty chapters left. In fact, the end of the third volume can be regarded as the finale of the book. The fourth volume is some endings and extra chapters.

Now that the story is over, the text should end at about 800,000 words. It was originally expected to be 1.2 million words, but the density of the outline was overestimated.

However, judging from the longest volume, the four volumes are all as long as the first volume, which is only about 900,000 words. When I said it would be 1.2 million, I was really exaggerating.

In fact, there was no deletion in terms of content. It was only after trying this writing style with few characters that I realized that there was no way to promote the plot through the appearance and dialogue of supporting characters like other novels. There were only seven main characters.

Even fewer have lines, there is very little dialogue, and there are no new scenes, so there is only so much that can be written.

I don’t plan to add new characters, add some unnecessary side plots (such as upgrading to fight monsters, etc.), or expand the main plot, so the word count will naturally be reduced.

Although the word count is a little less, everything I wanted to write is included.

When we decided, we decided that everything would start and end in this city. As I said a long time ago, this is not a story about saving the world, so there will be no content about saving the world.

As for what kind of story it is, it’s actually just some random thoughts in my mind. I’ll discuss it after the ending.

I will try my best to finish the story, not for any other reason, just because I really want to finish it.
