Chapter 103: Gunshots in the Happy Palace

The two soon drove the carriage to the back door of Happy Palace, which is usually the entrance and exit of goods.

Because it is the property of the Gray family, there are two people hired by the Gray family to act as guards to prevent some people from entering from here.

Arthur parked the carriage in an open space next to the Palace of Joy, which was a place where carriages and horses were parked specifically, which was equivalent to the parking lot of later generations.

"Okay, Fenton. Calm down and think about our mother, he loved you before." Hosea spoke loudly to Arthur, in order to let the two men guarding the back door notice them.

"But you actually strangled her to death as soon as you lose your temper. It's such a sin." Hosea picked up a can of wine and got out of the carriage: "Okay, take two boxes of that thing, and follow me."

After Arthur got out of the carriage, he walked to the back of the carriage, lifted a box of wine, and followed Hosea.

Hosea took the lead and walked in front: "Gentlemen, gentlemen!"

After attracting the attention of the two guards, Hosea continued: "This town is really good! We came from the north."

"Hello."

After a guard greeted Hosea, Hosea quickly climbed up the pole: "Hello, sir, hello, my name is Melvin."

While talking, Hosea was dancing and playing a clown vividly. If he didn't know what he was like, he would definitely mistake him for a professional clown in a circus.

"This is my brother, his name is Fenton. Oh, don't mess with him, he has become an idiot." Hosea walked to the two guards with a large jar of wine: "He killed his mother, but that was not his fault."

After driving Arthur behind him, he said to the two guards: "Brothers, do you like money?"

He took two dollars out of his bag, one for one: "I think you must like money. Yes, no one doesn't like money. The advertising we are working on now. It's an emerging American art, and this cause ensures that everyone can buy the right goods."

One of the two guards was not actually the guard, but the bartender of the Happy Palace. When Hosea and Arthur came over, he smelled a smell of wine.

Moreover, he was a little familiar with the smell of wine.

“I’m afraid…”

Before he could finish his words, Hosea took out two dollars again, and no one gave one dollar: "Give you another dollar each. We only stayed for half an hour, and I believe that such a short time would not be bad enough, right?"

"Let's go, let's go, take the money and enjoy it." Hosea made an invitation.

The two guys who got the money felt that there was no problem at this time, so they simply made way.

"Come on, Fenton. Distribute all these wines to everyone."

Hosea took the lead in walking into the tavern.

Arthur went to the bartender with the wine in his arms, and then took out the cup and filled it with the wine.

Hosea was vocal in the bar: "Gentlemen! Gentlemen!"

"I'm Melvin, this is my idiot brother. He killed his mother when he was sick."

"But it doesn't matter, what matters is what I'm going to say next!"

"In the next half hour, in this small town and in this bar, all the wine is not expensive! Get ready to drink happily! Gentlemen!"

In this era, no matter where it is, wine is very precious, and in the palace of joy, wine is more expensive than those towns for various reasons.

When I heard that all the drinks were not paid for in the next half hour, the people in the bar, whether men or women, were excited.

Arthur silently brought one cup full of wine to the guests, and Hosea continued to shout, "Don't be shy, guys! But don't provoke Fenton, because his mother, for provoking him, now she is in peace."

"oh!!"

"It's so pitiful!" Hosea said, picking up a glass of wine and putting it in front of another guest.

The guest originally thought that a glass of wine was nothing, but after he tasted it, "My God, this is a strong wine!"

His words aroused the interest of other guests, and they all came up to ask for wine.

As time passes slowly, more and more people know that the Happy Palace is delivering free wine.

The drunkards in front of the bar changed batch after batch.

It was originally thought it would be half an hour, but everyone was immersed in the ocean of joy, and no one asked the question for half an hour again.

Even the sun had already set, but the private wine was still not delivered. Hosea's own purpose was to deliver private wine, so he didn't care whether it had been more than half an hour.

Arthur even saw the original bartender in the bar, and he drank it.

Hosea brags about how good his wine is on the second floor. His industry is to let such wine enter everyone's life.

"Bang"

The main entrance of the tavern was kicked open, and the sound attracted the attention of all the still sober people.

Several people wearing shabby military uniforms and shabby military caps walked in. As soon as the leader came in, he fired a shot at the pitiful headlights in the middle of the Happy Palace.

All an innocent lamp broke.

The still awake guest immediately understood that someone was looking for trouble, so he quickly escaped.

Hosea also heard the gunshot upstairs, but he wanted to try it out, could he calm the matter down with words: "Good evening, gentlemen, we are selling free spirits, do you want to have a drink too?"

The leader saw the private carriage outside, and he was very familiar with it, because before, they used the private carriage to transport private carriage when they received the goods. The two stolen guys didn't even change the vehicle, but just replaced the horses.

"You two beasts stole the wine we were going to buy!!"

This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! "Is there any misunderstanding? We are selling our products, hurry up! Come in and have a drink!" Hosea continued to wave, wanting to calm the matter down.

"Fuck that's our stuff! Brothers, catch them, or kill them!"

The Lemoen Raiders didn't want to reason with Hosea at all, so they shot them without hesitation.

Fortunately, this shot was not directed towards Hosea.

Arthur hurriedly hid in the counter, took out his pistol, and shot the guy who was leading the way to death.

But these guys had received some military training after all, and several people blocked Arthur behind the counter and couldn't raise their heads.

"Arthur!"

Arthur was looking for an opportunity, but suddenly he heard Hosea's voice.

It turned out that Hosea rushed upstairs from the beginning, preparing to support Arthur by relying on the terrain above, but he did not notice that someone outside went up the stairs to the second floor and launched a sneak attack from behind him.

Arthur stood up while the other party was also distracted, and shot both guns at the same time, killing all four people who had originally suppressed him.

Arthur rushed out of the bar and quickly went upstairs. As soon as he went up, he saw a young man attacking Hosea and trying to kill him with his hands.

Arthur fired directly, and the last bullet in the pistol killed the Lemoen raider who was attacking Hosea.

"Beautiful job." Hosea rubbed his wrists and neck, pushed open the door and walked out, but was held by the Lemoen Raider hidden behind the door and fell on the private carriage.

Arthur was changing bullets, but he didn't expect that this happened suddenly. He quickly lay on the railing to see what was going on.

While struggling, Hosea found an opportunity, drew out the gun and shot the guy in the head.

Seeing that Hosea had already been resolved, Arthur quickly flipped out from above and jumped into the carriage.

While Hosea was driving the carriage, Arthur quickly replaced his pistol with bullets.

But the Lemoen raiders did not want to give up. From time to time, someone came to chase after him. Arthur would not be polite and knocked them off one by one, either dead or injured.

"Damn, how many people have they come?! It seems that this incident made them quite unhappy!" Hosea cursed angrily.

Arthur noticed a train rushing over in front and quickly reminded Hosea: "Be careful, there is a train in front!!!"

Hosea hurriedly drove the carriage, but finally did not load the train.

Finally, after the two of them completely ran out of Rhodes' range, no one caught up with them.

Hosea finally breathed a sigh of relief: "It seems that there should be no enemies."

"My God, isn't it just a matter of a few bottles of wine? They are so relentlessly chasing each other?" Arthur was a little surprised. In his opinion, such a little thing should not be a big deal in front of such a large organization as Lemoen's Raiders.

But Hosea understood the rules and regulations: "They look more like lions who maintain their own territory. If other people come to their own territory, they will go out!"

Hosea drove the carriage and stopped in the woods: "Okay, it seems we are finally safe."

"Yes." Arthur also felt relieved: "Remember to remind me in the future, don't engage in...what industry?"

"Advertisement." Hosea reminded.

"Yes, ad." Arthur touched his chin: "Do you think this is the game set by that girl?"

"No, I don't think so." Hoseado, but he wasn't sure: "Maybe. This place is too weird."

Arthur agreed, "Yes, this place is full of these guys."

"They are all local militias, and no one will be happy about some new competitors." Hosea lowered his head and pondered for a while, and said to Arthur: "Okay, I'm going to find Mrs. Bracewayt, who still owes us a reward."
