Chapter 29 Rey Diaz's Experiment

Chapter 29 Ray Diaz’s Experiment

After the hearing, Sai and the other three Wallfacers went to a reception room to chat.

Because of the special nature of the Wall Face program, there is little communication between Wall Facers.

"Chairman Say, are you really going to hibernate?" Hines asked in disbelief.

"It's no longer interesting to stay in this era. All the resources I've been allocated now are used to develop refrigerant-free engines and the fourth agricultural revolution. I will definitely not be able to implement other plans in a short period of time."

"So you want to wait until one of these is done?"

"Yes, at least wait for some results before waking up. Staying now is a waste of time and has no meaning."

Everyone was silent after hearing these words. From a certain point of view, human beings' fight against the Trisolarans is a meaningless and futile struggle.

"By the way, colleagues, if you have any explicit plans, it's best to tell them now. I'll see if I can help you solve them before hibernating." Sai broke the silence.

"I plan to go to the Los Alamos Laboratory and put Allen in charge of developing a 200-megaton nuclear bomb." Ray Diaz took a puff of his cigar and said.

"This is simple, I will let the PDC notify the US authorities."

"I have nothing. Modern supercomputers cannot satisfy the computing power required by the brain to analyze the camera, so I plan to hibernate with you until the corresponding computer comes out." Hines said.

"I can't help you with this. I can only wait for the advancement of technology in the future."

"Sophon has locked up human science, and there will be no major technological progress in the future." Taylor muttered.

"Chairman Say, we will see you in the future." Rey Diaz suddenly said.

"See you in the future." Sai also smiled, hoping that when he woke up from hibernation, he would know that these guys had all been broken.

………

One week later, Los Alamos Laboratory, New Mexico, USA

"We made history!"

“This time the model finally worked!”

Amid everyone's cheers, countless scratch papers were thrown all over the sky. This is an ancient tradition.

At this time, the door was kicked open, and dozens of soldiers carrying automatic rifles walked in. Rey Diaz held a thick cigar in his mouth and looked at the laboratory wantonly.

"Oh my god, what's going on?"

"These people are from the Venezuelan National Army, Rey Diaz is here." A researcher recognized the person.

"Is this your nuclear explosion experiment? In Venezuela, we don't have these high-end gadgets, so we can only conduct nuclear explosion experiments in reality." Rey Diaz asked, looking at the complex equipment.

The moment he said these words, his soldiers pointed their loaded automatic rifles at the researcher and said: "Quick, don't move, pause the output module!"

"This bastard, how could he come here?" A researcher whispered, casting contemptuous eyes on Ray Diaz.

"Of course the Wallfacer can come in." Ray Diaz asked: "Your largest nuclear explosion model is 20 million tons, right?"

"Yes, that's the Soviet Tsar hydrogen bomb. We don't have a model with a larger yield." A researcher replied.

"I want ten times this amount, and you have to give me a nuclear bomb like this." Ray Diaz said as he walked to the rows of computers.

"This is a confidential laboratory, you have no right to point fingers!" A researcher suddenly pushed away his colleagues and rushed towards Ray Diaz like crazy.

However, one of Ray Diaz's personal guards had quick hands and quick eyes. He directly took out a pistol with the safety on and pressed it against the researcher's forehead.

The researcher had never seen such a scene before. He was so frightened that he did not dare to breathe. For a moment, time in the research institute seemed to have been suspended.

"Okay, okay, I am a scientist and I have to be reasonable."

After Ray Diaz finished speaking, the personal guard put down his pistol and stepped aside.

"Whatever I want, just do it."

As Ray Diaz spoke, he approached the trembling researcher and said, "Otherwise, let alone a laboratory, even if it is a continent or an ocean, I can make it disappear from the map."

Everyone was trembling immediately. No one knew what drastic thing this "warlord" with a violent personality would do next.

Fortunately, the laboratory director Allen appeared in time and persuaded Ray Diaz to leave, which made everyone in the laboratory breathe a sigh of relief.

………

PDC Headquarters, 89th Wallfacer Hearing

"You terrorist, how dare you send your "SS" to run wild in a land of freedom and democracy?!" the U.S. representative yelled angrily at the beginning of the hearing.

The last time the United States was invaded by a hostile country was in 1812. Since then, no enemy country has been able to send troops to this land.

Even though the Soviet Union and China failed to do this, I didn't expect Ray Diaz to dare to send troops to take over the Los Alamos Laboratory.

This behavior was so outrageous that it even irritated the Americans more than Say's plan, because behind Say's plan was the result of a multi-national game, Rey Diaz's behavior was pure warlord atrocities.

In fact, they did not object to such warlord behavior, but his daring to go to Europe and the United States to act like a domineering man naturally aroused the anger of the United States and even the entire Western world.

"Because I am a Wallfacer, I can do whatever I want." Ray Diaz said nonchalantly.

"The purpose of the Wallfacer is to fight against the Trisolarans. They must be supervised by the PDC and cannot do whatever they want." The Japanese representative said.

"Haha, if Chairman Sai did these things, you cowards who bully others and fear others will shut up immediately." Rey Diaz mocked.

"You are the toughest lunatic in the world. Compared with you, the most extreme terrorists in human history can be said to be as soft as monks in the monastery." The British representative said scornfully.

"Fuck you!" Ray Diaz seemed to be irritated by these words. He directly slammed the table and accused the representatives of various countries and shouted: "Threatening me, right! You bunch of bastards dare to question Sai or

Taylor?!"

In his roar, representatives from various countries were sprayed with spittle in their faces.

"Wallfacer Rey Diaz's words are nonsense. In fact, the intensity of the council's review of Say's plan far exceeds that of your plan."

"The reason why you have encountered so much resistance is because compared to you, Chairman Say and I both look like normal people and would not be stupid enough to waste money on using thermonuclear weapons for space warfare." Taylor mocked.

.

Fortunately, Sai has gone into hibernation, otherwise she would have been thinking about one thing, which is that I am the only person on the planet who looks like a normal person.
