180. Chapter 180 Family

The sudden roar that was almost stormy, made Sean stunned for several seconds. Why... it was different from what he had agreed to.

But he quickly reacted and rolled his eyes in his heart. What Liana said on the phone before, that the so-called father also hoped that he would come back, but she was probably making it up to let him go back. No wonder she hung up after saying it, because she was worried that she would say too much and let him discover some flaws? Damn, she was fooled again.

"I'm so sorry, I'm back to see my mother." Sean shrugged, rolled his eyes, and walked towards the villa with his travel bag.

Standing in front of the bushes, the old man in his early fifties had a square face, looking a bit oriental blood, and his facial features were vaguely similar to Sean. He hummed heavily, as if he wanted to continue. The barking sound of dog barking suddenly rang out. Two sheepdogs crawled out of the nearby grass. They looked at Sean curiously first, and then rushed over and jumped up. If Sean hadn't been prepared, they might have been pounced on the ground by these two big guys.

"Hey, Dahuang, Erhuang, I can recognize me after a long time ago." Sean happily hugged the two big dogs in his arms.

The two big dogs rubbed on him affectionately, barking twice from time to time, and sticking out their tongues to lick him. Then they seemed to smell something, and immediately increased their screams in dissatisfaction. Sean knew that they must have smelled Poke's smell. The two big dogs at home had a very bad habit, which was that they liked to bully dogs smaller than them.

Although they did not do any offensive behavior, there were still some people who caught it and teased them, so if visitors with dogs came, they would usually drive them out. So Sean did not bring Poke back, otherwise the pitiful little one who had been bullied by Lucy would be even more miserable.

"I heard this stupid name again." A voice came from behind, with quite dissatisfaction.

Sean rolled his eyes and said that it was his own freedom to name the dog. But then again, according to American habits, "bigyellow" and "twoyellow" sounded strange. At the beginning, he was just fun to call these two big dogs like this.

Regardless of all this, after coming to the door with two sheepdogs, Sean discovered that a small truck was parked here. The door behind was open, with some wrapped things inside. No wonder the door was so open. I don’t know who bought the big stuff, and the store was delivering the goods to the door.

"Thank you, boys, thank you for your perfect service." As I entered the villa's lobby, a familiar voice came into Sean's ears, and then a fat, short, middle-aged woman in her forties walked towards the door.

"This is what we should do, ma'am." said a few young men in work clothes next to her in a modest tone.

Before Sean could say hello, the middle-aged woman who noticed that he had already screamed: "God, Sean!"

"It's me, Aunt Shirley, how are you?" Sean laughed and opened his arms, "You are still so energetic."

"I can't believe that you're finally back!" Aunt Shirley hugged him, and she was so excited that she burst into tears. "You didn't say a word, and left a letter and went to Los Angeles. Do you know how worried I am?"

"Yes, I know, I'm sorry for my behavior. But you also know, aunt, if I say something, I'll definitely not be able to go." Sean said comfortingly, and shrugged at the young people.

We probably had done the matter, nodded understandingly, and left with a smile.

"This is..." Aunt Shirley sighed, then recalled something and shouted: "By the way, Mr. Tang is outside, you just..."

"I've met it, and I've been scolded." Sean sighed now, "It's the same as before, nothing has changed - by the way, where is my mother?"

"Madam is upstairs, oh, if she knew you were back, I don't know what she would be happy like." Aunt Shirley said excitedly, "I just changed into a new cabinet today, and then you are back. This Thanksgiving is so good."

"Then I'll go see my mother first, please put your luggage in my bedroom, okay?" Sean immediately handed over his travel bag to the butler.

After letting the two dogs take them downstairs honestly, Sean followed the spiral staircase to the second floor and came to his mother's door in a few steps. But just as he reached out to knock on the door, he hesitated again.

What should I say? Hi, Mom, I'm back? No, it's too ordinary; Hey, ma'am, I'm back? No, it's too frivolous; Sorry, Mom, I'm back late? Also not, it's too serious; Are you doing well recently, Mom? Oh, hell, Mom is not an outsider.

Just as he scratched his ears and foreheads, the door in front of him suddenly opened, and then a scream rang out. The middle-aged woman in front of him looked at herself in a daze. She was well maintained. If she only observed with her naked eyes, she would not have been more than forty-two. She had brown curly hair, graceful demeanor, and an indescribable gentle and noble temperament.

"Shawn?" she asked with some uncertainty.

With this sound, Sean smiled, threw all the thoughts before out of his mind, and opened his arms to hug the other party: "Happy Thanksgiving, Mom."

"Happy Thanksgiving, Sean." Alice responded with a smile. Although she was a little excited, she did not show it particularly obvious.

"You look much more mature again." The mother sighed like this, "Although you always say on the phone that you are good at work, I also know that you have suffered a lot."

"If people want to grow, they always suffer a lot." Sean said subconsciously, and then his face changed slightly.

"See your dad?" Alice, who noticed something, asked.

"As always, trimming his beloved bushes outside, it's impossible not to see them." Sean shrugged helplessly, and then changed the topic, "Stop talking about topics like my maturity. Did I not mature before?"

"Okay, then don't mention this," the mother laughed, and then asked him to walk downstairs. "Tell me carefully about your work, Sean, how does it feel to be a star? Frankly speaking, I really don't have you to be an actor, although Hollywood is in Los Angeles, and you also like acting when you were in school, I always feel that you prefer to try all kinds of things."

"Yes, mom, I didn't think about it, but...why?" Sean laughed as he walked, "at that time there was nothing else to go except this road."

When she arrived in the living room and Aunt Shirley served her refreshments, Sean had already roughly explained her experience in the past two years. Of course, some things were still vague, such as the hardships she suffered, such as repeated setbacks, such as those women.

Even so, Aunt Shirley still felt deeply moved: "I didn't expect that Sean had gone through so many things. Oh, it's completely different from two years ago. He is already a big star in Hollywood. After the movie called... Well... "The Genius Ripley" was released, you were posters everywhere, which surprised many people and called to ask about your situation."

She followed her and laughed mysteriously: "And there are many young girls."

Sean immediately coughed awkwardly, grabbed his head and looked elsewhere, like a teenage child.

"Okay, Shirley," Alice smiled and smoothed out the situation, then touched Sean's head lovingly, "You really make me proud, Sean, the little boy who always looks for his mother with his mouth flattered, has also begun to have his own career."

"Of course, I'm already a well-known Hollywood actor and have made several good investments. In a few years, I might become a billionaire." Sean said deliberately in a proud tone.

"It's undesirable to be complacent," the mother shook her head with a laugh, and then looked at him with interest. "Tell me about the things you've experienced in detail. I know, you just said it too simple."

My mother's insightful gaze seemed to say again: I know there are many things you fooled through. Sean grabbed his head and hummed and didn't know how to speak. Fortunately, my sister and father came in from outside at this time.

"You've been back? I thought you were going to wait till tomorrow." Although Liana looked a little surprised, her seemingly unsightly smile was obvious.

"If you come back tomorrow, you may not be able to adapt until night." Sean stood up and shrugged.

"You can choose not to come back." A hard sentence came from beside him, and the atmosphere suddenly became condensed.

Sean raised his eyebrows, but before he could speak, his mother stood up: "Tony!"

The father immediately closed his mouth, threw the words "I'll go change some clothes" and left. The mother sighed, patted Sean's arm again, and then chased him and left.

"That's it, my father hopes you come back, huh?" Sean walked to Liana and hummed softly.

"If this is not the case, will you come back?" Liana asked with a smile, without any guilt at all.

"So, now this is what you want to see?" Sean asked dissatisfiedly.

"Anyway, you have planned to secretly take your mom to Los Angeles and throw me to your dad. We're going to be even." Liana shrugged and then walked upstairs, "I'm going to change my clothes, too."

Sean hummed again, a little disappointed, but sighed at the same time.

Soon, night fell. For more than two years, the family had a rare time to sit together for dinner. The atmosphere... didn't say much, but my father would occasionally ask my sister about one or two company matters, which was a little boring.

"I have read the report. Lina, it's roughly OK, but there are still some key points. After dinner, I took the report back to my room and then wrote a copy based on my annotation." After Aunt Shirley put the soup on, her father said this, with a hint of dissatisfaction in her tone.

"Okay, dad." Liana shrugged indifferently.

Seeing that, Sean shook his head gently, and his lips curled down, as if he was a little disdainful.
