As for the muscles and bones of the human body, can it not be easy to change."

"It seems that these two true qi should be mainly used to stabilize the body. In other words, the Vajra divine power and the Yijin Jing true qi should deliberately urge some of them to nourish the body. They can learn by themselves in the wild fox Zen like You Tanzhi, and they can learn from several pictures. Ten percent of the true qi is not used to improve the meridians. It is entirely improved by the Yijin Jing true qi, which is really a waste of resources. No matter how strong the skill is, it is inevitable that the loess will be expressed."

"Well, if my idea is really successful, I will practice Zhouliu Liuxu Gong, and my strength will not rely so much on the Great Vajra divine power and the Yijin Sutra.
