"The "Miral Washing Sutra" says that only by practicing the "Miral Washing Sutra" can you continue to practice the "Miral Washing Sutra". It also says, "Everything is created by the mind, and the spirit is refined into tranquility. Is the "Miral Washing Sutra" a prescription for the "Miral Washing Sutra"? In this way, the "Miral Washing Sutra" is the method of refining qi and transforming into spirits?"

"No matter how much you have, you don't know when to refine the spirit. Thinking about the "Myellow Purification Sutra" is useless. It's better to think about the "Yi Jin Jing" more, at least it can solve the danger in front of you."

"In addition to the general theory of the Yi Jin Jing, it is divided into "Membrane Theory", "Internal Strengthening Theory", "Mushing Method", and "Sutra Collection of Essences". These four methods are methods of refining scarves. Combined with the external skills of the twelve styles of Yi Jin, you can achieve twice the result with half the effort. However, at this time, the whole body cannot move, so you can only use this method of refining scarves to relieve worries and troubles."

"In the middle of the scriptures, it is easy to refine tendons but difficult to refine membranes, and it is even more difficult to refine membranes. This means that you must first refine the true qi of the "Yi Jin Jing", and the foundation of this method of refining qi lies in the "Internal Brain Theory"."

The reason is that they lack the skills of internal bracts." Zhou Tiansheng thought silently.

"The scripture says: If you cultivate internal strength, there are three things. One is to keep the middle way, the second is to keep the middle way, the second is to keep the middle way, and the third is to wait for it to fill the whole world. There is only one sentence in the end, to keep the middle way. If you keep the middle way, you will stop all the false thoughts. It gradually becomes as if you don't move and have no thoughts. This is called "Shouzhong."

"In the human body, the spirit, qi and blood cannot be independent. They all listen to the intention. If the intention moves, the intention moves, and if the intention stops, the intention stops. If there are many distracting thoughts and the worldly affairs are relaxed, the essence and spirit accumulated will be dispersed immediately, so how can we strengthen ourselves?"

"But this thought does not arise, so how can we do it? Even when people are about to sleep or in their sleep, they have a lot of thoughts. Moreover, if a thought does not arise, how can we do the fortune of our martial arts? If a thought does not arise, why should we do the fortune of our martial arts? Since there is the thought of practicing, how can we not arise?" Zhou Tiansheng thought hard and said, "Besides, the way of practicing is not for fame, for profit, for immortality, or for good results, so why should we practice?"

"No wonder this "Yi Jin Jing" can only be practiced by great monks or people by chance. However, monks who practice this superior martial arts must be brave and diligent in order to achieve success. Who doesn't want to get benefits from practice as soon as possible?
