Chapter 75 John is much better than Green!(1/2)

"Quick! Look at this! The latest Daily Prophet!"

Ron rushed into the auditorium in a hurry, waving the newspaper and shouting.

He obviously came a little late.

Because other students in the auditorium had already seen the newspaper reports.

But Ron didn't feel discouraged at all.

He excitedly rushed to Michelle, Harry and Hermione, hooked Harry's shoulders and laughed:

"Great! The goblins are in trouble again!"

Hermione pursed her lips and smiled, but said nothing.

Because of Michelle, they all hate goblins.

Hermione is certainly no exception.

It was just the 'mass murder' itself that still made her a little uncomfortable.

As for Harry, he was in a worse mood than Hermione.

Listening to Ron's cheers, he just forced out a smile that was uglier than crying.

"To celebrate this, I decided to eat ten more sausages and twenty strips of bacon for breakfast today!"

Ron was completely unaware of this and was ready to feast as he spoke.

"Are you a loser?" Hermione scolded with a frown, "Didn't you see that Harry was so sad?"

The fork Ron had just raised was frozen in mid-air.

He turned his head and frowned:

"Harry, what's wrong with you?"

"Actually...it's nothing." Harry said with difficulty, "It was just the newspaper saying that Gringotts' underground vault had been ransacked. There was a long list of names on it, although I didn't find my name in it.

, but my treasury may also..."

"Relax, Harry! The absence of your name means that your vault is fine. If that doesn't work, we can just ask Hagrid to take a look at it for you."

"I know, I'm just a little worried..."

"What are you worried about? Maybe John was responsible for the Gringotts attack. He recognized it as your vault, so he deliberately didn't do anything to it...ah!"

Ron's words turned into screams mid-sentence.

He covered his head and said loudly, "Hermione! Why did you hit me?"

"Shh-"

Hermione made a silencing gesture, and then quietly pointed towards Michelle.

Only then did Ron notice.

Michelle didn't speak from beginning to end.

He just sat there, stirring the mashed potatoes with a spoon, his face full of worry and entanglement.

Seeing Ron looking towards her, Michelle pursed her lips and said:

"It's okay, Hermione. In fact, what Ron said is right. I also have a feeling... the attack on Gringotts this time and the destruction of the Goblin Foundation last time may have been... done by John.

.”

Hearing this, Hermione and Harry lowered their heads sadly.

The Dark Mark appeared at the scenes of both attacks.

This is enough to prove that the attack is related to Voldemort and Death Eaters.

And if it was really John who did it.

Then it proves that John has also become a Death Eater.

"This is impossible!"

Harry clenched his fists and gritted his teeth and said, "John is such a good person..."

"Maybe it's because of hatred. The goblin caused Michelle to lose her arm..."

Hermione covered her head and said in pain.

"Peng——"

Ron slammed the table.

The loud noise woke the three people up from their pain.

"So what if John becomes a Death Eater?" Ron said loudly, "John must have done that to kill all the goblins! And he is more likely to be an undercover agent among the Death Eaters in order to defeat Voldemort!"

Michelle and the other two didn't speak any more.

They all know that Ron can be said to be John's biggest fan.

Talking to him about this matter will be fruitless.

Michelle sighed and said:

"Forget it, don't talk about it. Let's change the topic and talk about Green and Alice."

"Green and Alice?" Hermione frowned, "They have been quite popular in Slytherin recently."

Michelle nodded and said:

"I'm thinking whether we should recruit them into the army."

"no!"

"This is impossible!"

Harry and Hermione objected almost subconsciously.

"Michelle, this is unrealistic." Ron said, "There is no good thing about Slytherin... Well, John is an exception!"

Harry said:

"We all still remember that they helped us on the Hogwarts Express, and later they refused Umbridge's recruitment, and even slapped Umbridge in the face in public. But they have to be recruited into the army.

It’s still too dangerous!”

Hermione echoed:

"That's right! Both Green and Alice are very utilitarian and domineering people. In just over a month, they have integrated more than half of Slytherin's power! This is a terrifying thing!

Even back then, John spent nearly two years putting together the scattered Slytherin!"

"You are slandering!" Ron frowned, "John is much better than Green! Do you believe that if John returns to Hogwarts now and cheers up, those Slytherins will immediately forget about Green.

Gather around John again?"

Ignoring Ron's words, Hermione continued:

"Michelle, the most important thing is that Green and Alice have never shown any friendly attitude towards us. They don't even come to contact us very much, but completely ignore us. We know each other too well.

Young Master, rashly speaking out about the army may lead to disaster!"

Michelle sighed and said:

"Okay, you're right, I didn't think enough about it."

Harry pursed his lips and comforted:

"Actually, Green is quite powerful. If we can invite him over, he can make the Army a lot stronger. As for the lack of understanding and mutual trust, I think we should have more contact with them in the future... Oh! Look,

When they come, this is a good opportunity!”

As he spoke, Harry immediately pulled Ron and ran towards John and Alice who had just entered the auditorium.

"Green! And Alice! Sit with us, I've saved a seat for you!"

Harry forced out what he thought was the kindest smile and said loudly.

But John didn't react at all when he heard this. He didn't even look at Harry and continued to walk forward.

It's not John's fault.

He still hasn't gotten used to the pseudonym Green.

It's normal for him to have no time to react when someone suddenly shouts like this.

Alice turned to look at Harry.

But she didn't agree, instead she smiled at Harry and Ron.

Seeing this, Harry did not give up. He dragged Ron to John again and repeated the invitation just now.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Potter." John shook his head and said indifferently, "I have to go see Professor Dumbledore, so I can't have breakfast with you."

After saying that, John ignored the two people and led Alice directly through the auditorium and into the foyer.

"It seems that he is not easy to get in touch with, but he is still polite."
