Chapter 159 Draco: My dear Professor Lupin!

In less than ten minutes, the Knight Bus arrived at the Leaky Cauldron.

"Mr. Shafiq! You are welcome to ride the Knight Bus again next time!"

Amid the warm farewell from the conductor, John and others got out of the car.

Except for Michelle, who still looked excited and even a little unfinished, John and Hermione were both a little weak in the legs.

There is no way, the speed of the Knight Bus is really ridiculous.

Moreover, it does not drive at a constant speed, sometimes faster and sometimes slower, and it will brake suddenly at you from time to time. There is no magic in it to absorb shocks and eliminate inertia.

This makes it a terrible ride.

"If it is not necessary, we should not take the knight bus next time."

John said with lingering fear.

"Indeed, that's really terrible!" Hermione agreed seriously, "And the fare is too expensive!"

Several people were talking and had already pushed open the door of the Leaky Cauldron.

Immediately afterwards, a figure rushed out from inside and bumped into John.

"Hey——"

The man cried out in pain and fell backward.

John grabbed him in time, then smiled and said:

"It's Harry, we were thinking of going to find you."

"John! And Michelle and Hermione?"

Harry murmured in disbelief, and then suddenly asked excitedly, "Why are you here?"

"We also want to ask you, the summer vacation is not over yet, why did you come to Diagon Alley so many days in advance?"

Hearing John's question, Harry scratched his head and told a little bit about his experience in the past few days.

Upon hearing this, Michelle shouted directly:

"Harry! You actually blew your aunt up? That's so cool!"

"I didn't mean to do that," Harry said, lowering his head. "She insulted my parents, which made me lose control."

"And you ran away from home? Oh my God, it's a wonder they haven't fired you yet. Your behavior..."

Hermione had just finished speaking when she was stopped by John.

Now was not the time to get to the bottom of this matter, which would basically be rubbing salt into Harry's wounds.

Gently patting Harry's shoulder, John comforted:

"In short, everything is over. You don't need to think so much. It's a good thing that you can continue to go to Hogwarts."

Harry nodded vigorously and looked at John with gratitude in his eyes.

He could feel that John was protecting him.

The few people continued chatting and walked into the Leaky Cauldron.

At the bar, the bar owner Tom was pouring drinks for the guests. When he heard the noise, he subconsciously glanced at the door.

Then, he froze.

"John?"

Tom suddenly raised his voice and said.

At this moment, the guests in the bar also raised their heads suddenly, first looking at Tom in confusion, and then all looking at John and others at the door.

John waved and greeted everyone generously.

But Tom and the other guests all gathered around him.

"John! What a fool! And Michelle!"

Tom excitedly patted John on the shoulder and said, "It's been a long time since I last saw you! You have become a celebrity!"

"Boss Tom, please stop joking." John said with a wry smile, "If you really want to talk about popularity, you should be the most famous person in the magic world!"

John is telling the truth.

The Leaky Cauldron is the entrance and exit between the Muggle world and Diagon Alley, and as the owner of the Leaky Cauldron, there are few people in the entire magical world who don't know Tom.

It's just that this kind of popularity is obviously different from John's popularity.

So everyone in the bar burst out laughing after hearing this.

Tom himself was very happy. He took John and Michelle and chatted for a while. It was not until John saw that the time was almost up that he took the initiative to say goodbye and finally entered Diagon Alley.

"John, you and Boss Tom have such a good relationship!"

As soon as he stepped onto the cobblestone road of Diagon Alley, Harry sighed sincerely.

"Tom is so enthusiastic towards everyone, just get used to it."

John said with a smile, and Michelle next to him also echoed:

"Yes, Uncle Tom is a good man! When we first came to Diagon Alley, he took us in and gave us a job! He was so kind to us!"

Harry and Hermione both didn't believe it when they heard this.

This does not mean that Tom is not enthusiastic about other people.

In fact, Tom is just as John said, he has always been very enthusiastic.

But his enthusiasm was obviously different from his enthusiasm for John.

Tom was obviously genuinely happy when he saw John arrive.

The same goes for the rest of the guests.

It can be seen that they all like John and Michelle.

But if you think about it carefully, this is actually quite normal.

After all, who wouldn’t like beings like John and Michelle?

Even Harry and Hermione themselves enjoyed being with them.

"Okay, next we need to accompany Hermione to Gringotts to exchange the Galleons that need to be exchanged, and then buy textbooks and other things."

As John spoke, he led Harry and others directly to Gringotts.

This time, he did not show his disgust towards goblins like the last time he came with Professor McGonagall.

Instead, he naturally looked at the environmental structure inside Gringotts and the busy fairies, but there was a trace of greed and hatred hidden deep in his eyes.

As he expected, Gringotts and even the goblins in the country should not know of his existence yet.

In fact, they may not even know about St. Brelade.

That's why he could walk into Gringotts so openly.

But this does not prevent John from taking action against them.

If given the chance, John would even try to invade Gringotts.

After all, John and Michael both have the same attitude towards goblins.

What they adhere to is the concept that regardless of gender, age or innocence, innocent or not, as long as it is a goblin, it should be killed!

Morally speaking this is actually wrong.

But John thought it was appropriate.

After all, when the goblins attacked him, the nuns and others, they didn't pay any attention to morality.

And just as John was carefully observing Gringotts and checking out the locations, Hermione also returned after exchanging Galleons.

She looked a little unhappy and complained as soon as she returned to the team:

"Today the goblins only opened one counter that can be used to handle business! This made me wait in line for a long time! I really don't understand why they did this. The summer vacation is about to end. During this time It’s the time of year when they get the most customers!”

"Please understand, guest, we are forced to do so."

A goblin in a scarlet uniform came over at the door and explained with a sad face, "Many of our goblin employees have been attacked recently!

The attacker not only took away their lives, he even stole their money!

This caused all the goblins in the country to panic, and Gringotts was naturally short of manpower."

As soon as this statement came out, Harry, Hermione and Michelle were all surprised.

Only the corners of John's mouth raised slightly.

He even took the initiative to ask:

"Then have you caught the attacker?"

"No, but we can basically determine the identity of the attacker!"
