Juvenile Like Jade Chapter 54: Farming and Reading Heirlooms
"The old lady asked more questions. Judging from the grandfather's extraordinary demeanor, why did he come here alone?" The old man naturally saw from what Qin Mufeng asked that he was not from here.
"Old man, I want to go to Lumen Academy, but I don't know the trick. By chance a few days ago, an old senior asked me to come here for help, and I was bothered."
"Lumen Academy, the village can indeed recommend it, but... although you just eliminated a disaster for us and had a good heart, I still take the initiative to say that it is not a good idea after all."
"I took the liberty, but that senior said this thing could be used." Qin Mufeng took out a flat stone from his arms and put it in the old man's hand.
"What is this stone?" The old man stroked the ordinary flat stone for no reason, but when he turned around, his calm expression instantly revealed a hint of surprise and joy. Then he calmed down without any trace. "Since that's the case, let's stay here for a few days first. We just happened to hold a temple fair the day after tomorrow."
"Abide by the teachings." Qin Mufeng was happy at the moment. He knew that the old man kept him. Of course, if he had investigated him in the past few days, he would have spent so much effort on Lumen Academy, and even put the matter of finding his family aside. In addition to studying and cultivating his mind, Qin Langqing also said that before leaving that day: There may be a great opportunity.
Since he came, he was at ease. Qin Mufeng immediately followed the arrangements in the village. Regarding the matter that the villagers were busy preparing, Qin Mufeng wanted to help make a joke: when he was pricking the Panlong, he forgot to fix the bamboo bones and popped the bamboo strips far away. He felt that he was so stupid that he was in the way. He said hello in a embarrassed manner and went to visit the Zhanshan Temple.
When I arrived at the temple, I saw that the plaques on the sides of the doors on both sides said, "You must know it first" and "Don't deceive yourself." When Qin Mufeng saw it, he remembered that he was helping the more he helped, and blushed.
Zhanshan Temple was first built during the Qiandao period of the Southern Song Dynasty. It was built to commemorate the poet Bo Daoyou of the Jin Dynasty. Bo Daoyou studied under Bo Daoyao, and studied Buddhism carefully. He was straightforward and indifferent, and was elegant and fond of forests, springs, hills and valleys. People said that his poem "has the wind on the moat". He once built a hut at the foot of Zhanshan Mountain. He studied Buddhist sermons and preached poems and sang harmony. He gave medicine to the villagers, and was quite famous.
Later, Bo Daoyou entered Tiantai and did not return. The villagers thought he had passed away and were grateful for his virtue of giving medicine. So they converted the old house where he lived into a temple and cast a statue to worship it, which was called "King Lingwei". In the eighth year of Qiandao in the Southern Song Dynasty, Yao Shunming, the son of the villager Yao Xian, was a counselor, and ordered the court to be named "King Linghui", moved the temple to the east of the village, and gave the title "Linghui Temple", which was later called "Zhanshan Temple". There was a main hall, a ritual gate, a stage, and a supporting hall on both sides of the stage, and a corridor on both sides of the stage.
The ancient stage is a single-eaved hip-top building. The roof is decorated with a dragon kiss and a three-star shining. The tiles are the four kings, symbolizing good weather. There are also lifelike opera characters such as Nezha, Yang Jian, and the ornamental wood carvings between the truss and beams. The stone pillars are replaced by a deep relief "Fengshen Bang". There are octagonal caissons under the hip-top, and the carvings are carved with the exquisitely crafted Eight Immortals.
There are two couplets engraved on the stone pillars in front and behind the stage: "This song should only be found in the sky, and the people come from the middle of the moon." "Don't watch plays now and listen to plays now. People must be careful when they go on stage and there will always be a time to step down." The couplet cleverly connects the acting on stage with being a person from the stage, which has a profound meaning like a small world on stage and a big stage.
There are screens on the stage and the aisle of the wing room, decorated with three stars of blessing, fortune and longevity. The doors and windows of the back are decorated with wood carvings and painted flowers and birds. [The stage describes the plagiarism of the Sheng-born writer Zhang Zhejiangfeng's "The prosperous back of a thousand-year-old ancient village"]
Entering the hall, the three pavilions like gods are magnificent, the pavilions are surrounded by dragons and columns, and the carvings are exquisite. The pillars and many beams and trusses are connected by brackets, with flying eaves hanging high. The roof of the pavilions is covered on the main beam connected to the columns, and tilting downwards. It is so imposing! The two stone pillars in front of the niche support the hall, and a couplet on it: "The temple appearance of the mountains and temples in the paintings of Lingwei Capital" and "The clan of Yanshou Society is Ying Zhang Xing" describes the glory of this village.
The one who offered the niche in the middle was Linghui King. The painted Dharma body sat like a helmet, a cap with red velvet, long beards and waist, and a pair of auspicious phoenix eyes under the sword eyebrows, looking gentlely at the sentient beings. Later, the reward body stood solemn and solemn, with a Dharma eye to distinguish right from wrong.
Yue Wumu and Han Shouting Hou were placed in the left and right throne of the gods. The tiger's eyes were beards and beards were not angry. The aura of "loyalty and righteousness" came to his face. In awe, he could not help but be respectful of the craftsman's craftsmanship.
Looking at both sides of the hall, there were documents holding books and pens, yamen runners holding bamboo whiskers, fairies carrying lotus lanterns, and statues of attendants holding Ruyi, each with their own positions. Qin Mufeng stared at them one by one, and suddenly there was a dark green couplet on the wall, which was not so eye-catching in this slightly dim hall.
"Looking at the clouds on all sides, there are pen holders and inkstone screens for the holy view," Qin Mufeng felt that his literary talent was wise and wise, and he was quite elegant in the mountains and rivers. He hurried to the other side of the hall, "I beg for the ten sides of the Kaize, chrysanthemum cakes, cornels and wine groups, and I was happy to answer the gods in the month of the year."
"Oh, you have seen this couplet!" The old man walked in with a smile, "Our Zhanshan Temple has always been the most famous for its experience in signing scriptures, so the good men and women who come here come here for prayer. They kneel down, bow, shake out and sign. Instead, they don't know that the writing style here is also awesome! Well, it's very good, very good!"
"The old man has been too awarded. If he doesn't go to this Zhanshan Temple, I don't know how extraordinary this village is. I wonder if the old man can introduce it?" Qin Mufeng said that although he has not read poetry for many years, he can see the brilliant literary talent in the couplets. His interest in understanding the "Zhangshan Zhang" suddenly rose. The old man happily agreed and pulled Qin Mufeng to start talking.
Speaking of the 28 capitals, we cannot avoid the Yao family. The Yao family in the Shanchuan period, from the 200th year when Yao Wenqi settled in Yongfu in the early Northern Song Dynasty, Wen had the Jinshi Yao, Yao Shunming, Yao Fenchen, Yao Jingliang, and Yao Kuan. Wu had Yao Zhongjian who quelled the "Fang La Uprising" rebellion in eastern Zhejiang. Especially Yao Shunming, Yao Kuan's family, and four brothers, father and son, were as famous as the "Yao Family in the Shanchuan", and were as famous as the "Su Family in Meishan". During the Song Dynasty, at least in Sheng County, no family's reputation could match it.
Zhang Wu, the ancestor of the Zhang family of Zhanshan, was the son-in-law of Yao Shunming. After the Yao family pacified Fang La, they moved far away for various reasons. Zhang Wu followed Yao Shunming's order and settled in the western foot of Zhanshan. Therefore, the clan named Zhanshan, called "Zhanshan Zhang Family".
Speaking of reading, it is related to Feng Shui. Zhanshan, known as the "Famous Society of Shanxi", is quite beautiful and shaped like a pen tip. The gurgling stream at the foot of the mountain is given a very poetic and picturesque name "Yuqianjian" because of Bo Daoyou's headscarf washing. There is Bijia Mountain in the south of Zhanshan and Yanping Mountain in the west. During the period when the Piqian River surrounds, three mountains and one water stands together, forming the four treasures of the study house. Therefore, the Wenfeng Peak has always been prosperous in the village, but the purpose of studying is not to be an official, but to "farm and study and pass on family members" as a treasure.
"So the pen holder and inkstone screen in the couplet are actually the names of two mountains. The beautiful scenery is for sages to view. It responds to the pleasures of the lower couplets of chrysanthemum cake and cornel wine, and the upper and lower couplets form a corresponding response." The old man talked loudly, but he also understood the couplets clearly. "In fact, the four words "farming and reading" emphasized in our genealogy are actually exactly the same as the family precept of the Lu family in the family Lü family. This is also the reason why Brother Nanyue asked you to come here to find a way."
