"The Lord Dongyue speaks quickly, and I am very happy. What the Lord Dongyue wants to do can be said to have great cause and effect and great karma. I don't want to have a hand in it and be contaminated by the cause and effect."

Sakyamuni Buddha said: "However, God has come to the Thunder Sound Pagoda, across as many Buddhist worlds as the sands of the Ganges River, and the pure lands of the twenty-four heavens. He must not be able to tolerate my rejection!"

"Don't dare," Emperor Dongyue felt bitter, but people had to bow their heads under the eaves, and they came to pray in front of other people's temples, so it would be hard to offend Sakyamuni Buddha again.

"Dongyue is ashamed!"

Sakyamuni Buddha has been dissatisfied with Emperor Dongyue for a long time. Emperor Dongyue was granted the title by Sakyamuni and only then could he secure his position in the Eastern Heaven and enjoy great auspiciousness and great perfection.

However, since Emperor Dongyue entered Buddhism, he has kept a distance from his master, Sakyamuni Buddha, and even the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of Sakyamuni Buddha's lineage, and has had little contact with them for hundreds of millions of years.

This, of course, made Sakyamuni Buddha quite dissatisfied. According to the rules of Buddhism for hundreds of millions of years, Emperor Dongyue passed through the hands of Sakyamuni Buddha and should have been a member of Sakyamuni Buddha's lineage.

And Emperor Dongyue, a member of his own family, seemed to be parting ways with Sakyamuni Buddha after he entered Buddhism. This made other Buddhas think.

The most important thing is that Emperor Dongyue really does not want to pay homage to Sakyamuni Buddha. He also wants to be a Xu Shu who is "in the Cao camp and his heart is in the Han Dynasty", but does not want to be a young man like Avalokitesvara.

"Unfortunately, the reality is that if I am just a young man, it is impossible for the Taoist sect to take sides. The other major innate incarnations all have their own ties, so I can also seek help from the Buddhist sect."

Emperor Dongyue knew this very well. Once he asked for help from Buddhism, Sakyamuni Buddha would definitely agree happily. However, his relationship with Buddhism from then on was also very different from before.

In the past, Emperor Dongyue could also cut off an incarnation to cope with the pressure of Buddhism, so as to inherit the righteousness of Buddhism and not be contaminated by the fundamental way of Buddhism.

When the time came for the agreement between Yuanshi Tianzun and Sakyamuni, Emperor Dongyue naturally escaped and left, and he sent that incarnation to Buddhism and became the first king of Buddhism.

However, Emperor Dongyue owes Buddhism such a big cause and effect, and it is still the cause and effect of enlightenment. Emperor Dongyue uses another incarnation to fool Buddhism, but it will really be hard to say or not.

"At the very least, you must use the true body of Dongyue to receive precepts in the Buddhist sect and obtain the Tathagata position of perfect enlightenment. Only then can you satisfy Sakyamuni Buddha and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the sky."

Emperor Dongyue faced Sakyamuni Buddha, and while his thoughts kept turning, he saw the ancient Bodhi tree towering tall and tall, with rustling Bodhi leaves falling from the branches.

Just when Emperor Dongyue was weighing the pros and cons, Sakyamuni Buddha, who was sitting on the ninth-grade golden lotus platform, smiled faintly, and the world of beads began to cycle in the Buddha's palm.

"Namo Amitabha!"

The Tathagata's cassock carries the majestic pure land, and the Buddha beads in his hands interpret the void of destruction. The thunder of Sakyamuni Buddha resounds: "Be patient and motionless, like the earth, meditate deeply, like a secret treasure."

Between the opening of this giant Buddha's mouth, the sound of thunder rolled in, matching the sound of the Buddha above the Great Leiyin Temple, and golden pineapple flowers bloomed, adding more solemnity to the scenic spot of Lingshan.

The sound of Shakyamuni Buddha is like a loud bell, and the golden Buddha light shines all over the place. It seems that there are thousands of Buddhas worshiping in the dark, paying homage to this world-honored leader, Namo's master, Shakyamuni Buddha.

"If you hear the name of this Bodhisattva, you will be reborn in the twenty-four days of pure land a hundred times, and will never fall into the evil paths. After thirty kalpas of sin, you will be reborn in the heavens and will not fall into the evil paths. You will not be born in a female body, and you will receive a noble and dignified body, protected by ghosts and gods.

, those who experience the ear faculties will never experience the suffering of the three evil realms."

"This Bodhisattva has great vows, great virtues, and great merits. He is the first among all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. His merits and virtues are inconceivable. He always resides in the filthy land and saves all living beings from their evil deeds."

Shakyamuni Buddha kept silent and did not respond to the request of Emperor Dongyue. Instead, he revealed the merits of a great Bodhisattva to the monks at the Great Thunder Sound Temple in Lingshan Mountain with the sound of great thunder and the great Dharma.

The Tathagata Buddha is the supreme being of Buddhism, and every word and deed must have certain meanings. When this old Buddha speaks, boundless visions evolve and appear under the ancient Bodhi tree.

"Be patient and motionless, like the earth, meditate deeply and secretly, like a secret treasure. This is the leader of the underworld in hell, one of the eight great bodhisattvas of solemn Buddhism, the Great Wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva!"

If Emperor Dongyue had some enlightenment, he would sit cross-legged next to the Tathagata Buddha and listen to the Tathagata Buddha's revelation of the great Bodhisattva. His great merits and great vows would be inconceivable.

The deeds of the Bodhisattva told by Sakyamuni Buddha were widely spread in the Taixu Universe. It was simply told to Emperor Dongyue in a clear way. How could Dongyue not know about it?

Looking at the six-foot-long golden body of the Tathagata, the Buddha seal with the word "*" became more and more dazzling. Emperor Dongyue murmured to himself: "If hell is not empty, I will never become a Buddha. I will make great wishes to Ksitigarbha, and my merits will be immeasurable!!"

A little thought flashed through his mind, and Emperor Dongyue thought of a lot in a moment, and sighed: "Master Netherworld, Emperor Dongyue, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, I am worthy of being my master, and my handwriting is as amazing as ever. This is a conspiracy against me Dongyue

The authority of the underworld?"

It should be noted that the Saint Emperor Tianqi Ren of Dongyue Taishan holds the authority of the Shinto. Although he is not the sect of billions of ghosts and gods, the Taishan God himself had the authority of the Netherworld Cult Lord long ago in the universe and was in charge of the eighteen levels of hell.

However, the Taishan Gods of the past dynasties have gone through many calamities, which has weakened the authority of the Netherworld Cult, so that in the end, the power of the Netherworld fell to the side and fell into the hands of the ancient Buddha of Buddhism.

Under the operation of the Buddhist Buddhas, a Buddhist Netherworld leader was created, the Great Wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, known as one of the eight great Bodhisattvas, who was a body of supreme merit.

However, even if Emperor Dongyue, the current Lord of Taishan Mansion, has the authority of the Netherworld Cult in his hands weakened to the extreme. But Dongyue Taishan is an important place of the Netherworld, and with some innate authority remaining, he can still affect the throne of Ksitigarbha Ksitigarbha.

Shakyamuni Buddha said with a smile on his face: "There are eight great Bodhisattvas in our Buddhism. Among them, Ksitigarbha is the first among the great aspiration. This is the true fruit of Buddhism. He has left his name in forty-eight thousand Buddhist sutras. His deeds have spread throughout the three thousand worlds and are immeasurable."

Countless sentient beings will receive its blessings."

"However, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's great vows, great achievements, and great virtues are beyond the capabilities of ordinary Bodhisattvas. The real Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva will only be able to achieve enlightenment after an infinite future."

"The Ksitigarbha at this moment is just the projection of the future Ksitigarbha who has great aspirations. Although he has the great virtue of 'until hell is empty, I will never become a Buddha', he is still in vain."

This is the horror of the innate Daluo series. Before and after the reversal of cause and effect, if Sakyamuni Buddha had not personally told Emperor Dongyue, who would have imagined that Ksitigarbha, the king who was praised by the world as the number one in his great vows, would be here now.

None of them were completely born.

So much so that no one knows whether it was the Great Wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva first and then the Ksitigarbha projection mark, or whether the Ksitigarbha projection mark came first and then the Great Wish Ksitigarbha

The existence of King Bodhisattva.

And these are all great secrets in Buddhism. Generally, only real high-level figures in Buddhism can know the truth about Ksitigarbha, and others are not qualified to find out.

The old Buddha said: "Lao Na realizes that the God of Dongyue possesses the authority of the underworld and has the qualifications to teach the underworld and educate the underworld. Therefore, he wants to ask the God to take over the position of Ksitigarbha of the Great Vow and to be ordained and enter my ascetic."

Emperor Dongyue possesses the authority of the Netherworld and has the qualifications of the leader of the Netherworld. He obviously fell in the eyes of Sakyamuni Buddha and wanted to completely bring Emperor Dongyue into Buddhism and become one of the eight great Bodhisattvas of Buddhism.

The emperor pondered for a moment and asked quietly: "As the emperor of Dongyue, I am in charge of the position of the leader of the Netherworld Cult, and I realize the Great Vow Ksitigarbha. Do I really want to give up the position of a great Bodhisattva?"

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, who has the first great wish, is the true high level of Buddhism. Even after he attains the status of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he will remain in the dirt forever.

It takes hundreds of millions of years to transform evil ghosts into the underworld, and they are not allowed to leave the netherworld without incident. It is like being imprisoned. There will also be many great supernatural powers that have realized the Tathagata, and they are willing to accept this "hard work".

After all, this is a great merit that has been innumerable since the beginning of the world, especially in Buddhism. It is only among the forty-eight vows of Amitabha Buddha to become enlightened, and it can be called the number one vow in Buddhism today.

Ksitigarbha's stipulation of "Unless hell is empty, I will never become a Buddha", the Buddha's attainment he achieved is not the Tathagata's golden body of perfect enlightenment, or even an ordinary Buddha's attainment.

Rather, like Amitabha, Amitayus, and Sakyamuni Buddha in the West, the Buddha's fruition contains infinite power of vows and immeasurable merits, and is the most superior fruit of Buddhism.

This is also the reason why Emperor Dongyue hesitated again and again. The great wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva carries a lot of weight. Emperor Dongyue knows very well that this 'gift' is really too heavy.

"Namo Amitabha, monks don't lie. Since I have promised God, there is no reason to go back on my promise. This great wish of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva belongs to none other than Dongyue God."

The six-foot-long golden Tathagata Buddha seems to have seen the hesitation in the heart of Emperor Dongyue. Although the position of Great Wish Ksitigarbha is important, Dongyue, who has taken over the throne of Ksitigarbha, will also become an extremely important part of the Buddhist world view.

Emperor Dongyue pondered for a moment, stroking his hands and sighing: "Thanks to my master's respect, Dongyue is flattered. Respect is worse than obeying orders. Dongyue is willing to be the leader of the Netherworld."

This is a matter of mutual benefit, and Emperor Dongyue has no reason not to agree. Even if Emperor Dongyue despises Buddhism in his heart, Buddhism is one of the three major sects of Taixu after all.

As one of the world-honored Buddhas of Buddhism, Sakyamuni Buddha warmly invited Emperor Dongyue to be the 'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva', so he would not allow Emperor Dongyue to have a second choice.

Otherwise, where should the face of Sakyamuni Buddha go, and where should the face of the entire Buddhist sect go? It can be said that from the time when Buddha Sakyamuni opened his mouth, Emperor Dongyue had no choice.

"It's good, it's good. The Lord of the Netherworld is about to return to his throne. It should be a grand event that our Buddhist sect will never see in billions of years. It coincides with the birth of the Buddha. The Longhua Conference will be held. At the Longhua Conference, I will be ordained on the top of Dongyue Mountain."

Shakyamuni Buddha was overjoyed and directly announced the date when Emperor Dongyue would ascend to the throne of Ksitigarbha. A figure of the innate Mahaluo level was an absolute high-level figure in Buddhism.

Even though our master, Sakyamuni Buddha, is the "Hunyuan Wuji", he cannot ignore an innate great person. The existence of every innate great person is an incomparable increase and decrease in Qi.

Moreover, the Emperor of Dongyue was worthy of Sakyamuni Buddha's great efforts to win over him. Naturally, it was not as simple as ordinary innate supernatural powers. The Emperor of Dongyue, who had the authority of the Nether Cult, was of great significance to the integrity of the Buddhist worldview.

"Namo Amitabha!!"

Emperor Dongyue sighed, he had completely sold himself for a good price this time, with the position of Ksitigarbha, one of the eight great Bodhisattvas, and the promise of Buddhism to intervene in the calamity of the Pure Yang Realm.

"I tried my best this time. I think the efforts of the other major incarnations combined are not as much as mine. This really squeezed out the last bit of my value."

My master, Shakyamuni Buddha, looked indifferent, and ignored Emperor Dongyue's mood of "being a good boy even if he got something cheap", and was minding his own business under the ancient bodhi tree, expounding the meaning of Buddhist scriptures.

This master, Shakyamuni Buddha, focused on two sutras: "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Original Vow Sutra" and "Ksitigarbha Ten Wheel Sutra". Based on the two classics of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he explained their essence word for word.

Mysterious meaning.

This is the mystery of reversing cause and effect, reversing the order of before and after. It stands to reason that the "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Original Vow Sutra" and "Ksitigarbha Ten Wheels Sutra" should be what Ksitigarbha realized when he realized his great vow.

It should have appeared after the Great Wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, instead of first having the "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Original Vow Sutra" and "Ksitigarbha Ten Wheel Sutra" and then having the Great Wish Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

The subtlety of time and space, the overlap of past and future, the Buddha's light on Emperor Dongyue's body becomes more and more brilliant, and the traces of Buddha nature are deposited in his body, condensing the fruit of Ksitigarbha's great wish.

In the vast Taixu Universe, the vast and boundless 'Tian Yuan' realm, and the unknowable realm of the Pure Yang Realm, a noble and inexplicable existence slowly opened his divine eyes to observe the heavens.

A hint of heavenly secret made Taoist Xuandu's expression change. He silently looked at the broken sky and whispered to himself: "God's will is unpredictable, and God's heart is unpredictable."

"In order for me to succeed in my calamity and seize this slim chance of enlightenment, Dongyue did not hesitate to use himself as a bargaining chip. This is forcing me to fight against the odds. I must prove that I am 'invincible in all calamities'."

Facing Emperor Dongyue's choice, Taoist Xuandu, although he and Emperor Dongyue share the same origin, could only respond silently. There was no way to tell whether this choice was right or wrong, leaving Taoist Xuandu speechless.

The pros and cons come from one's heart. Emperor Dongyue severed his ties with Taoism and became one of the eight great Bodhisattvas of Buddhism. To a certain extent, he also had a shortcut to the end of "eternal tribulations".

It's just that there are many hills inside Buddhism, and the struggle is famous for its fierceness. Don't say that Emperor Dongyue doesn't have the ability to be "unbreakable through all tribulations", even if he has the magical power that is "indestructible through all kalpas", he may not be able to gain a firm place in Buddhism.
