Chapter 20 Knowledge
What is it like to practice?
Since he traveled to this world, knew that there were fox demons in this world, and that there were people like his master who could identify demonic energy, Zhou Ang has conjectured the answer to this question more than once.
As it turns out, all of the original conjectures were wrong.
Absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, gather into a sea in the dantian, has magic power, can control things with thoughts... nothing.
You just realize that you are different from the past by yourself.
Yes, it is just a "knowledge". In the words of Mr. Zheng, it is a ritual to help you step into the path of cultivation. After completing the knack, you are just a "warlock" who has just started.
But everything is different right away.
And this difference is so attractive, making people happy and excited.
He found that he could sense every ray of air around his body, able to distinguish the extremely subtle smell in the air, and at the same time, his ears could also hear the subtle sounds.
At the same time, he even felt that his body was getting lighter and his movements were getting faster...
This feeling is somewhat similar to the wonderful state he entered when practicing Tai Chi and copying scriptures. He had previously understood this state as a qualitative change brought about by concentration, but now this feeling is obviously beyond the wonderful state at that time, and it is no longer a matter of concentration.
When asked about Uncle Zheng, he smiled but said nothing.
So throughout the morning, Zhou Ang was immersed in his own changes, constantly exploring various aspects, and was so excited that he felt a little difficult to extricate himself. He stopped occasionally in the middle and wondered if the so-called elixir that Uncle Zheng had just taken to him was actually hallucinogens and other things, which made him in a state of abnormal consciousness.
But soon, he came to his senses and shook his head and laughed at himself!
My mind is clearly clear now, but my body is not normal.
It took me a lot of time. Anyway, when Zhou Ang came back to his senses from that excited state, he found that the sun had begun to be a little west, and Uncle Zheng and Ao Chun had already picked up their jobs.
Facing Zhou Ang's complicated eyes, Ao Chun was stunned for a moment and said, "Master, Grandpa Shi said you don't eat here, so you don't have to cook your meal."
Zhou Ang opened his mouth and closed it again.
It doesn’t matter, it’s just that you don’t let your meals be free!
He leaned over and looked at the two men and asked, "Uncle Master, how many tricks have I figured out now?"
Uncle Zheng smiled and stopped chopsticks, but in the end he just smiled and said, "You are the first to see the way you are. How many tricks are not the most important thing, the most important thing is to calm your mind."
After a pause, he reminded seriously: "What have you tried after trying it?"
After hearing that he avoided talking, Zhou Ang subconsciously sank, thinking that he was not too talented, right? At this time, he expressed his feelings just now, and then he couldn't help asking: "Do I... have a poor talent? I have very few knowledge?"
Uncle Zheng immediately said, "No! Don't think too much..."
After a pause, he stammered and said, "If you really want to know, just wait for your master to come back and ask him! In fact, you will know it yourself after a long time."
When Zhou Ang heard this, he felt even more disappointed.
But soon, he became excited again - it would be nice to understand 12,000 orifices!
The key is that these changes in your body are really felt!
So he resisted the temptation of the aroma of rice and asked again: "Will I come here to meditate and practice every day in the future?"
Zheng Huan smiled and said, "Mediation? You can do it at home by meditation. It's nothing difficult. According to the mantras and methods I taught you, calm down and your own understanding will become deeper and deeper. Uncle Master doesn't have so much time to guide you these things, and your master has no time. So, from tomorrow on, we have to learn new things."
"What's new?"
"For example, how to use the qi in your body correctly."
…………
The next day, in the morning.
In the courtyard of the dilapidated yard, Zheng Huan and Zheng uncle walked slowly and said: "Breathe with heaven and earth, clear the miscellaneous qi in the body, absorb the spiritual qi between heaven and earth. Therefore, the qi in the body becomes more and more pure, but how should these qi be used? The most fundamental ones are nothing more than four types, namely: body, instrument, mantra, and spirit."
"The body is to temper oneself with pure energy."
"A weapon is all external objects, such as talismans, flying swords, wind and rain. Those who practice cultivation can communicate with it. The size of the weapon is that it is waving a mountain, and it is not impossible. As long as it listens to you, as long as you can move it!"
"The mantra is to communicate the spiritual energy of heaven and earth for one's own use of a unique mantra to communicate with the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. Once the mantra is released, it can form an extremely powerful effect within a certain range."
"Spirit, higher than soul!"
“…”
Zhou Ang listened carefully and tried hard to avoid missing a word. When he encountered a problem he didn't understand, he would write it down silently. When Uncle Zheng finished a paragraph, he would ask questions quickly, ensuring that he would not leave any questions.
Through Master Zheng’s story, Zhou Ang understood more and more what the so-called cultivation in this world is. When he went back yesterday, he was lying on the bed after copying two and a half copies of the Diamond Sutra and was thinking about these things. Today, combined with Master Zheng’s explanation, he naturally had a deeper understanding.
The so-called cultivation and practice are extremely mysterious inside, but to sum up, the principle is actually not complicated.
Practitioners believe that there is a large amount of spiritual energy in the world between heaven and earth. Inserting them can make the "qi" in their body more pure, and using more pure energy to temper themselves, which will make themselves stronger. After being strong, the entire dimension of cultivation begins to expand, and all the so-called wonderful methods such as tools, mantras, and spirits can be gradually tried.
But no matter how powerful a practitioner is, the core is still two points.
First, breathing method.
That is, when I just took the elixir and "open up", the "method" that my uncle taught me that I felt very simple at first glance.
In Zhou Ang’s view, it is actually a more accurate term to call it “breathing method”, perhaps it should be called “meditation method”.
Its main function is to "breathe with heaven and earth".
Second, body refining method.
This is what Master Zheng said about using pure energy to temper one's own method.
The two are in line with each other, but are never confused, and together form the true cornerstone of cultivation.
Of course, in addition to this, Zheng Huan also said: "Just just using the energy in the body is not enough. Next, you have to practice some skills in fist, foot, and weaponry. The former practices qi, while the latter practices blood."

Recently, my children's work and schedule suddenly became chaotic. It was originally the same mother and the same mother, and I was very good. But the children's work and schedule were chaotic. The three of us had three days of schedule. The children were still excited at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. When my mother was so sleepy that she had to fight with her eyelids, I had to listen to the Bewa children's songs in the living room. Moreover, the little guy came over to take a walk every few minutes. He couldn't close the door, and cried if he couldn't open the door, and he had to hug him when he came in... It was really a big head.
